3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns. If a paid order is canceled by us, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Please review your email, billing information, shipping address, selected products, and personalization details before submitting an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment begins.

4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included unless expressly stated and will be shown at checkout when available. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Personalized, embroidered, custom-made, final-sale, and gift-card purchases may be non-returnable except when damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, colors, styles, and other personalization instructions before submitting an order. We may contact you if instructions are unclear, but we are not responsible for errors contained in the information submitted by the customer. Production or shipment may be delayed while we wait for clarification.
