Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your AnnieColors order.

RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email anniecolorsus@gmail.com before sending anything back. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Personalized, embroidered, custom-made, final-sale, and gift-card purchases cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email anniecolorsus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
