Shipping policy

We currently ship from California, United States.

U.S. SHIPPING
Standard shipping is $6.00. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package.
Free standard shipping is available on all five-pair bundles and on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more.
Express shipping is $15.00. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after the carrier receives the package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available only to destinations shown at checkout. Standard shipping is $10.00 and expedited shipping is $20.00 for supported destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges and available services are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, or an incorrect address.

TRACKING AND ADDRESS CHANGES
When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email anniecolorsus@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first, then contact us so we can help investigate.
